How do I get special offers and coupons?

Sign up for our mailing list and you will receive a coupon code for 10% off your first order. Once you are on our mailing list, we will frequently send out notices of sales and special offer coupon codes to our frequent shoppers. Please note coupon offers are limited time only offers and may not be used in conjuction with other offers. Special coupons codes are only valid for the time specified and may not be applied to prior orders.

What if my item goes on sale next week?

If you purchase an item and that item goes on sale through our store within 7 days, contact us and we will refund the difference in sales price. This does not apply to special coupon code offers. Special coupons are only valid from the date issued to the expiration date on your offer.

How will you ship my furniture or items?

There are several ways we ship items based upon size, weight, and delivery location. UPS, FedEx, DHL, and by truck via common carrier. Common carrier shipments (via truck) are drop shipment only. This means the truck driver deilvers your item to your home but will not bring your item inside your home, garage, nor will they unpack your item and remove debris. If you need assistance and would like a price quote for inside delivery please contact customer service with the item number you wish to order and your address including zip code. A customer service representative will contact you with a quote within 1-3 business days.

What if my product arrives damaged?

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please note the damage on your shipping documents and contact us immediately. You must inspect your order upon delivery and do not throw out you packaging materials until your item has been thoroughly inspected. If the box has damage upon arrival and it is clear the contents are damaged, please mark the shipping boxes "Refused delivery due to damage." Then contact customer service and we will process and ship a replacement immediately.

How do I pay for my order?

You must be 18 years or older and have a valid credit card to process orders on this site.
